Established in 2006, CD Civil is a privately owned civil construction company servicing Northern NSW and South East Queensland. With nearly two decades of experience, an in-house fleet of over 50 machines, and a team built on deep industry knowledge, we deliver infrastructure projects on time, to the highest standard, and at genuine value.
From project management and design-construct through to early contractor involvement and in-house surveying, we offer end-to-end capability across a wide range of civil works — with direct communication to ownership on every project.

CD Civil was established in 2006 by Craig and Deneille Wills and has been delivering civil construction services across Northern NSW and Queensland for over 18 years. With a fleet of more than 50 machines, including 45-tonne excavators and 40-tonne articulated dump trucks, we have the capability to deliver projects of varying scale with efficiency and precision.
Our team brings together extensive industry experience and practical expertise, allowing us to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across every project. We take a hands-on approach, maintaining direct communication with our clients and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
